In the past 18 months, open source options in the        systems management space have grown to include a new set of vendors,        backing open source systems management projects with commercial-grade        support offerings. This combination of open source with enterprise        services will have an impact on the proprietary systems management        vendors.</em></div>

I think this is a place where crappy, enterprise coding practices and obsolete processes are about to get pounded by open source.
